Yes, same-day service is available on most days subject to our technicians' schedule and your location in the GTA. Call us at 437-524-1053 in the morning and we'll confirm availability for that day. We never want to overpromise — so if same-day isn't possible, we'll give you the earliest realistic slot.
There is a small diagnostic/service call fee to cover the technician's travel and time for the initial assessment. This fee is explained upfront when you book. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward your total — so you're not paying twice.
Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. If the same issue returns within that period, we come back and resolve it at no additional charge. Our goal is for the repair to last — that's why we use quality parts and take the time to diagnose properly.
Most repairs are completed in a single visit of 1–2 hours. Some appliances with more complex issues or rare parts may require a second visit, but this is uncommon. We carry a wide range of common parts in our service vehicles to resolve most repairs on the spot.
We'll give you an honest assessment. As a general guideline, if the repair cost is less than 50% of a replacement appliance's price and the unit is less than 10 years old, repair is usually the better financial decision. We'll tell you our honest recommendation — even if that means telling you it's not worth repairing.
