Oakville, Burlington, and Durham Region (Ajax, Pickering, Oshawa) typically see 90-120 minute responses. We offer same-day service across all our service areas and can often accommodate emergency requests.
Do you charge extra for certain neighborhoods or cities?
Our service call fee is consistent across all GTA locations within our 50km service radius. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing regardless of whether you're in downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, or any other city we serve. There are no hidden travel fees or neighborhood surcharges. You'll know the cost before we begin any repair work.

Evening appointments can also be arranged in most areas. We understand appliance emergencies don't only happen during business hours.
